I found out a very important thing few days ago, which is that Lonely Planet selected Region Marche as NUMBER 2 amongst the TOP 10 Best in Travel regions in 2020.

And guess who lives right in the middle of Marche?!

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! It is always me.

So...i said to myself...“Who better than you could show the beauty of the place where you live? You should go out right now with your camera and DO IT!!”. I stood still some second and i replied “FUCKYEAH!!”.

So...before i begin to show you the very first place check out this little video i made for you,to show you where Marche sits into the Italian Country:

Today i will focus on Monte Conero which i will divide probably in 2 or 3 articles because it is very vast the amount of things to explore in there and everything is cool to report.

Monte Conero takes its name from the CORBEZZOLO (komaros in greek), a characteristic plant of the place. Yes...it is edible...not very tasty to me, but edible.

It is very known fact that people lived in this zones from ancient times because in Monte Conero while you go trekking, if you have a good guide (me for instance), you can go to freely see some prehistorical sites.

In time it began also a religious site well before the X sec.

On its top there is a famous Church called Chiesa di San Pietro with adjoining convent. This is just a little preview. I will go to that side the next time.

As you can see in the video before, today i went to do trekking in Monte Conero in the section over the Baia di Portonovo: attraction of today. It is also the main attraction of all the people practicing all sorts of sport activities, because for the place, where it is located and its conformation it results to be very versatile.

The Mount is mainly composed from limestone rock and in ancient times after a very big earthquake the mount has collapsed down forming La Baia di Portonovo (Portonovo Bay). When you go around along the paths in Portonovo you can really see the rests of huge big rocks fallen from the Mount.

**SPORTS:**

You can go there to go for a relaxing walk, trekking or Mountain bike.

You can go with a guided tour on horseback, and if you are the flying kind of person, for you there are available even sessions of paragliding.

If you like the sea sports...you name it...we have it.

You can go swim, with SUP, windsurf, kitesurf, canoa, scuba diving....anything you like.

**Things to Eat:**

You have to know that in every season the dear Mount offers some good things to eat.

Mushrooms in Fall:

Blackberries all the Summer, asparagus in late Winter and Spring.

You can go fishing all the year but what i like the most are mussels and clams.

So now you understand why it was populated and colonized by man so early...ahahaha!

I was expecting this and in fact the morning of the 23rd (Italian morning 😁) I loaded on cinnamon my point of view about XRPUSD (click on the links to check out the vids).

If it is good or bad it depends from our perspective and as usual, I try to give you THE GOOD ONE.

For the new people looking this kind of blog, what you will see are prices comparison.

Basically what I do is: I take the price of today of the crypto assets I like the most, I compare them to their respective ATH prices as reference and on this basis I extract the “X FACTOR” which is the times your investment today will multiply IF that particular ATH price will be touched again from that crypto.

Usually I give 3 examples: How much 50$ or 250$ or 750$ of X asset you purchase TODAY, will be worth in the case described above. The X FACTOR clearly will be the same. What you will see changing, will be the number of units purchased in that case (3rd COLUMN) and the final value at ATH (5th COLUMN).

Allen of the CBC in this article, just yesterday, was talking about mortality. Than even Miguel gave us its take on the subject and soon will be done by Seth too.

I want to go along with this because it is a theme that has always had its charm and as always all the people of the blogging club are sooooo anxious to know my personal opinion in merit as top expert in life/death questions..😁

Calm down guys….I’ll tell you, I’ll tell you…don’t push me! 😂😂

My thought about the subject is this:

We as humans, because of our mortal condition always looked upon immortality as a point to reach, a finish line, a reversal point…as an achievement if it could be possible to achieve.

From the alchemists writing of the XI sec. immortality was always discussed and coveted (ty google translator for the word coveted). Dorian Gray..Highlander…how much I would have given to be as cool as Cristofer Lambert with sword and tartan in Highlander maaaan..a man with the head on his shoulders I must say.

Lately I was also reading some high tech magazine in which some scientist, was discussing the possibility of extending the life span by the use of new nanotechnologies almost to a level of immortality. This could very real in some decades….or century.

But why am I talking about immortality now?!?!? It was supposed to be about mortality!!! Go away charming thought…go AWAY! 😂😂😂

So…mortality…mortality I think is one of our most undervalued POWERS. Sorry, MUCH MORE!! It is the undervalued SOURCE of our mortal POWERS!!!

Be aware of the fact that we could easily be a bunch of serial procrastinators without mortality….If I was immortal you can bet on this about me.😂😂

I mean, just the idea of mortality gives us the VIVACITY to do things, to build something in our time which is limited, to leave our footprint on the walk of the destiny of the Univeeeeerse!!!

Eeeeeeeeehhhh!!! Exaggeration. 📈📈 Things escalated quickly sorry…this is a theme that animates me in a special way…eheheh.

In any case, to me mortality it is not always to be intended as DEATH..physical. And death is not always to be intended as end of life.

Mortality to me means to be able to renew our self. I already died many many times indeed under this aspect.

I died the first time when as a children and I went off home all by myself.

I died when my first love left me but then I’m reborn.

I died when I left the home where I grew up to go living together with my wife so I reborn as a fulltime partner.

I died when my daughter saw the light and I am reborn as a father.

I die every time I leave a workplace to allow myself to express some new feature.

Then there are many other times I allowed myself to left the “life of before” to enjoy “a “brand new life”.

Question is…Could I ever enjoy all this things and find the strength to bear the affliction of a change, an exit from my comfort zone, to left a new print with a brand new foot in the walk of the destiny of the Univeeeeeerse?!?

Omg…I did it again sorry…😂😂😂

Remember!!! It is not you will die. It is more you HAVE TO die. 😁

True story:

This morning I was reading the last blog of my friend Seth of the CBC about THE FUTURE.

The future is a fascinating thing load of mysteries. Does the future already exist? Is it something we build little by little? Does TIME exist or is it a product of our physical condition and it is limited to our perception of reality?

Since time is real in our mind, I will consider it to be real EVEN IF, in the greater scheme of things probably it is not…but in reality, it wasn't what I wanted to write about.

What I wanted to point out, is that for a part of my life I lived under a specific operational principle: that of cause and effect. This is pretty common especially in our western way of thinking and doing things.

Cause/Effect means that we are affected from our past. What happened yesterday is conditioning what I am doing today and what's happening today will affect what I will do tomorrow.

This is what I also use to call “If then else” cycle.

From a certain point, I decided to make an experiment with my life and I said like: “What if, instead of having my present conditioned from my past, I acted according to my purpose?”.

Basically I wanted to exchange the cause/effect principle with that of purpose which in my mind seemed to be far more natural and coherent with what I see.

If you think about it, this is what a painter, a sculptor any kind of artist does while completing his piece.

The sculptor has in front of his eyes a block of stone or wood and according to what is his vision of the future within that block, he acts with the tools at his disposal.

It is funny to observe how with this mindset, all the things changes just by changing this simple perspective.

In many ways, it is like saying to exchange “if – then – else” cycle, with “EVEN IF”.

It is also like to moving from a passive stage of life to an active one.

Before, anything could dissuade me from reaching what I liked to reach because of my feelings about the past. With time and practice, I learned how to not consider the past at all and cut the future like a blade…well…it is not like this 100% of the times but at least I try to have a good grip on it 😁😁😁.

This is also related to the ATTENTION thing of some day ago, so if you had not the chance to read it....give it a try!!

Often times, pay attention, WE lose our mind dragged by our thoughts.

It is most like WE are in the middle of a very wide river and the more we try to slow down the waters, the more impetuous the waters keeps on flowing.

The question is: who are WE.

My answer to this after meditating on the subject a pretty good amount of time is that WE ARE the manifestation of the sum our ATTENTIONS.

In every way you can think, it is always our attention who dictate what happens in our life, the thoughts we enlighten, the feelings we allow to permeate our mind and penetrate into us, the movements we decide to make the position where we are and where we will be.

I consider my Soul to be very much like a Sun always spreading its rays in every direction, 360 degrees and my Attention to be the filter where its rays are directed(now you understand the meaning when I use the Sun next to my name, uhm?!😂😂).

The problem to me, was that I wasn't able to master this powerful tool at all and for many years it was, and often today it still is, like a wild bull ready to unseat me off of it. You never know when your attention will leave for the bribe. It was clear to me that I had to find a way to watch over it to find a way to let it go straight where I decided to point it. Just like a sort of machine gun.

What I did to deal with it and get this job done, in the beginning was first of all to focus on it. In other words I tried to pay attention where my attention was going. Like in Siddhartha (great book Siddhartha by the way), I imagined myself to be on the side of the river and no more in the middle of it, so to be the one watching over the flow of thoughts and being the one who has in its hand that powerful torch that attention is. This part is pretty long and take a lot of effort and time to adapt the mind which had a previous bad habit, but the more I tried to strengthen my focus the easier it was both to stare at my thoughts and to point on those I choose.

This a cool fact: did you ever noticed that our thoughts are like deflated balloons? I did. And I noticed too that my attention, like that of any other person (or creature I guess), is like the air that gives to those thoughts the right amount of pressure they need to enlarge them self and take shape. Thoughts just need time and attention. The more time passes, the more bullets of attention the thought gets and the more it grows stronger real and refined….not refined sorry..definite.

One day I was discussing with a friend of mine about this subject and he told me this: ”Yes, by giving for the right time the right amount of attention to the fact that dragons exists, I can probably convince some people that they are real. And once a dragon is real in the mind, it is real…for real!”…..At first you can say this dragons thing to be very stupid. I said so too, but in the end i had toagree with him. Never forget that our own reality, our own daily life is based on the solid thought that painted pieces of paper worth up to several hundred dollars...or euros…..or..ok you got the concept I guess.

After this, there was another issue, another problem. I also noticed that my thoughts were pretty random for the most part and I had to find the strength to be able to detach my attention from the undesirable ones to put it back on those I liked the most….or the correct ones. It was a very hard job because if you look, as I was saying before, Attention in the end, is a byproduct of our Soul and so….what I could do to gain strength at Soul’s level, so to literally uplift the attention from an incorrect thought to put it on the right track?

I found a very strange and original way to meditate very deeply and I will tell you next time….I already went too long on this one I think.

Oooooh boy....what a beutiful disaster are we observing in the crypto sphere?

It seems that this river of blood and red candles doesn't appease.

What do we do?

I don't know what would you do... I know for sure what i will lool for: OPPORTUNITIES.

Today I read Allen's entry and it hit me a lot. It is mostly about relationships and connections and at a point he was talking also about the judgement factor.

Oooooh man….to me this is SO KEY to have healthy relationships with anyone.

With anyone I mean literally any kind of person you pass by. From the business man to the man on the street. I touch on this some days ago in FRIENDSHIPS.

I really believe that one of the most valid skills to pursue in our lifetime is to uplift the people with you find while you live your daily life.

With you in any way I mean...at work, at home, the clerks (love the film I & II), the people you meet in general.

The better way to uplift a person is obvious and it is: to make it smile. Could you ever resist a person that finds a way to make you smile even in the middle of a gray day?

I worked a lot on this aspect of me, sure, to take advantages over the other people!

Ahahahah…not at all…not true I was joking as I am king in jokes…😂😂😂

The truth is that I can’t think at something more satisfying than seeing a person lighting up from its burdens…even if it is for few seconds.

I think I am mastering little by little this Art of bringing out the good within the people. It is something almost magical.

Now, it is many years I study this kind of thing and sometimes I do it without effort and sometimes I really cant get what to do or what to say.

Other times i thought i didn't know what to do or say but in the end i found out i did great.

What I discovered is that we always have a background flow of….I guess it is called intuition but it is something more actually, which gives you good advices. It is just matter of tuning yourself into this mood.

It is not related at all to Judgement because I know I make and say things very stupid from time to time…but it is ok. I have a lot of fun since i am not being bossed by judgment and it is truly the cornerstone of every kind of Art as I was saying with Mancel about this article of today from him and this is why there can't be any real Evolution or progress if we are attached to Judgement.
