In my Monday’s entry I was looking upon specific pivot points to confirm we are heading further down. The situation is pretty unchanged from there. We didn’t get there but we didn't even make a big jump to long term HH (higher highs).

We had a few downward movements, a few shots again towards the upside but in the end TO ME (just my perspective) in the medium term we still have to face some bad down move before going seriously up…and up…..and up.

MAYBE it is a bearish bias I have. Always don’t consider anyone’s opinion as a buy or sell signal.

In any case I believe that this will be remembered as the FIRST GREAT MULTIYEAR BEAR CYCLE for all the crypto sphere.

In a way we are blessed to witness such learning opportunity. If you are able to learn in the middle of a storm like this you will have for sure a great advantage in the future.

As announced in the previous article of this series, no knowledge can ever come to fruition without actually DOING THAT THING in order to become good at it and eventually master it.

As always, while I talk about HOW TO shape a mindset, I take inspiration from the methodologies we use in our every day life to become good as sport practitioners. There is nothing new in reality…just a bit different on another dimension of our existence.

It is just that we are so physical that often times, we don’t consider our Psyche as a part of us which can be trained so to build up strength and skills even in that side.

Nothing so far from reality for real!!! We could actually enjoy a lot more our physical life, by training our Mind to think in specific pro-active manners and our Soul to gain enough strength so to be able to sustain heavier weights, which could come under the form of stressful conditions.

One of my greatest skills and pleasure in life, has always been that of being able to pull out the good from the people around me and I always wanted to help others to threat themselves better....wait.....what did i just wrote???😂😂

REWIND! : I always wanted to help the other people to TREAT THEMSELVES BETTER!!🥳❤

Maybe with this series of blog I can leave a good trace to follow, then anyone can adapt it by himself with his own experiences.

These routines will be tough, especially for those who has a certain kind of mindset.

yes...this kind of mindset.

In any case, I invite you to take example from what you do when you do fitness.

Especially if you never done body building in your life, it’s not the case to begin by lifting heavy weights, right?

Most probably in that case, your trainer will make you begin by doing simple tasks.

yes...this kind of simple tasks.

In time you will try harder and harder, until you really want to put yourself in condition to stretch to your limits and see how far you can go.

yes...just like him.

IF you can be consistent (click to check the simple consistency way to be consistent) in this good practices that I am sharing with you, in time you will notice for real how this applies even to your Psyche…so, let’s begin with the easiest task.

I personally designed these tasks by myself for me. I found them to be very functional and so…why not pass on the knowledge? I called this, THE FOUR PAPERS ROUTINE.

PRACTICE.

FIRST TASK.

You just need to:

Get some time for yourself;

Go take a pen and 4 papers;

Go get a walk outside or open the windows to let enter in your home new fresh air;

Find a comfortable place to think and write down.

Paper n.1: **ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR LIMITS.
**

Use this paper to write down EVERY SINGLE thing in your life which keeps you in bad mood, which let you feel down, which brings to you low level emotions like sadness, rancor, resentment, envy….whatever to you is a limit or your perceive it so. Whatever comes into your mind which brings you unpleasant sensations.

You can add further on this list every time a bad or low quality thought comes into your mind. You will notice, analyzing the things you write down, that many of these things are rooted on things that didn’t met your expectations or on things you are not able to accept, yet.

Take all your time you need. Try to unpack all the bag and all the weights you keep into yourself.

Last but not least, put in order the things you wrote from the one you consider to be the “lightest” burden to the “heaviest”.

As of today we are observing what could easily be defined as one of the most bearish retracements of the history of the markets.

As I was saying in my Friday entry, I was waiting for today or the days close to today to have a confirmation.

We could even see some upward movement, but I guess this will be a pretty red week. At least this is how it's presenting itself.

The support I am monitoring right now sits at 0.213$.

When we break below, we have a very last hope at the end of the red wick close to 0.2$....then…THE ABYSS.

Even though we are seeing some green candle all over the board, their strength and their magnitude in respect of the previous red ones, is like that of some bullet in comparison to the Hiroshima bomb.

I am observing closely the days around DECEMBER 2nd to have a confirmation of further down moves OR a for a strong restart.

At the time of writing is still seems a relief rally from the past down move aiming to the 38% fib. retracement, if we are lucky 50% fib. retracement, if we are more lucky to the 61.8 fib. retracement.

The jackpot of luck would be the restart of the bull market with huge buy volumes as confirmation, creating new higher highs and higher lows along the way up on the higher time frames (daily and weekly).

I will show you all the details about this in the video in the private section (if you are a monthly coil subscriber.).

Because in trading, hoping for good luck is the best way to loose all the stack (note the rhyme), PLEASE, if you don’t know what you are doing yourself, STAY AWAY. The moment is very delicate and volatility could pick up in any moment. Here I am just giving my perspective.

In any case take note that if bulls fail to regain the leadership in the next few days/couple of weeks, we have to wait AT LEAST next spring to see a REAL takeover.

I left the #3 episode of this series with this sketch. I introduced it with a brief description.

Now, I wanted to give you some further insight and explanation.
As you see, i am going very slowly on this. To comprehend this mechanism is crucial and could open a lot of doors...let's go step by step.

The purple dot represents us, our very self. The one grasping information from the outside, reinterpreting them and spreading out our own essence under the form of emotions, thoughts, words and actions. Let's say PURE ATTENTION manifested in a way so to be perceivable.

So, as we find an event which could be relevant to our existence, that event is brought inside our sphere of interaction, giving to it a positive or negative connotation based on previous experience of the same kind….or similar to that.

Just this, has already altered the shape of the event itself. The event could be anything, from a sound to a smell to something more tangible. At this point there is an exchange of information from our self to the outside and vice versa, which allow us to evaluate further the subject of our attention.

This is an elaboration phase, where we model an idea upon which we create a feeling based on this series of perceptions, to decide how to REACT on it...Joy?....Fear?....Distrust?...Acceptance?

The pressure, THE WEIGHT that we already assigned to that specific event will shape our response in emotion and so into actions that will lead again to another event. Cycle repetition.

The problem sits here: all the process described above, happens in instants and it is also automatic (at least until we take awareness into our GAP of choice). Meaning: cycles overlapping on each other if we are unable to detect them, creating several damages if we are talking about the negative ones.

Miguel (check his blog about philosophical quotes), reminded me of this quote by Viktor Frankl:

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”

Now...since I got aware about this dynamic and how this is a deep automatism, I searched for a way to expand in some way that gap of choice so to be an ACTIVE part into it. How could I gain more AWARENESS?
My solution arrived just by looking at the way we do SPORTS.

Let me explain. Knowing how to ride a bike, doesn't mean I am actually able to ride a bike if I never had the chance, right? WRONG!!
No no sorry...it's right, it's right..ahahahah I was joking.😂

What you have to do, in order to be able to ride it, is to take the bike, get on the saddle and try to find the right rhythm of pedaling so to catch balance. After this, you also have to coordinate all your senses in order to dictate the direction you want to go in order to...survive basically.😂😂

Consider that riding a bike now is very simple because you did it many times, but it really involves a lot of sight/ear/movement coordination if you think about the first times you was learning the thing.

You know what happened the day my dear daddy explained to me how to ride the bike and actually gave it to me to get a try (without the bridging wheels)? I hurt myself a lot.😱
The second time? I sucked. The third? Not better. The fourth? mh...i found balance but I almost broke my neck against a wall...and so on...

Until THAT DAY...THAT DAY was GLORIOUS!!

I found the perfect coordination, the right balance, the right pedaling pace and I was perfectly able to direct my bike wherever I wanted. Street....breach...hill...beach...wherever!! And all this, without actually being a danger to me, my teeth, to the other people, walls, gates and cars.😁

I was ready for many brand new adventures!!

I guess you all understood the metaphor here...

Rivers of bloody candles.

The last few days were disappointing under many points of views. After the great green couple of days in October, most of the people in the crypto sphere were absolutely convinced that the multi year bear market was finally over. EUPHORIA!!!

I was one of those and I am learning a lot from this experience. I am really grateful and exited at the same time in seeing how wrong I was.

Trough years, I learned how crucial it is to admit my wrong thinking and doing so to be able to look upon what is sitting in front my very eyes and get a precious lesson from there.

As you know I like to out things in a positive perspective so, even though we are going down, this means there are on the way GREAT accumulation opportunities.

Do I know where exactly all this will finally reverse and we will be able to see a good bull market? No. I have an idea in mind, but i want to see how all this will develop until mid Dec.

At this point I am just focused in learning new things from these experiences and wait for the final reverse, and see all the green candles we all deserve to see after all the patience we showed.

The very first marathon in history, legend wants, was run by Eucle, an Athenian military who has to run from Marathon to Athens, so to let Athenians know about the victory over the Persians.

The history wants Eucle dying right after having pronounced the word “Nenikèkamen” which means “we have won”.

You see….i repeat this just in case the message was lost inside the story…HE DIED.

But because we are humans, and we are also known to be able to learn from our past experiences all over the Multiverse, we made from that episode an Olympic discipline. 👏👏👏👏😂😂😂

Nowadays the term MARATHON as we all know, is used to indicate a prolonged effort into a specific area of interest.

My latest marathons, given the fact that blogging, lately (couple of months), has become one of my passions/needs/pleasures, have been the 30 day blog challenge and the 14 days Blitz.

Both of them were veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery long blogging marathons, casted by the beautiful mind not of John Nash this time, but from that of Ken “The Boss” Melendez. He created the Content Builders Club a couple of months ago with the intent to generate a solid and supportive community of bloggers and content creators bounded to the Coil Blogging Platform. It's been a joy so far to be in that family. BRAVO Ken!!🥳

You see, I’d never thought to be able to make 14 blogs in a row, not to talk about 30 blogs in a row!!

The support of the Content Builders Club was crucial for both achievements. The kindness and the pleasantness of these people, not only made the effort a NON-EFFORT but it actually made it become a pleasure trip. You can’t understand until you are in…for real people. The environment in the Telegram group is really something and yes, I am saying all this with the actual intention of pumping it up, but even because I really think and feel these things.

Despite this, my dear readers, I have the tendency to learn from my mistakes and from those of the other people when I notice one. This means that if Eucle died after the marathon, if there is such a thing as the author’s blog or if we reject a thing after we abused of it….well here is a lesson to learn I guess.

And what it could be…mmmmm…let me think…MAYBE all this things works on the same principle.

Nature in general works in cycles…our life works in cycles. We have the breathing cycle and we have the cardiac cycles among others. What happen during these cycles is that there is the time of pushing out and the time of pulling in.

What could happen if we keep on breathing out? 😱

On a different level of existence what could happen if we keep on pushing out over and over ideas from our mind without a good rest to allow new inspirations to come in? Mind needs time to absorb too just like our lungs and heart.

In the end, doesn’t the ORIGINAL CREATOR took a rest too after the so said 6 days of creation?

So…this is why I am taking this little rest from blogging.

I will enjoy in reading my fellows’ articles, enjoy my life and Nature and recharge myself for the next great challenge of the Content Builders Club.

ABOUT SUPPORTS AND RESISTANCES.

I decided to give you some more food for thoughts for what concerns supports and resistances in chart analysis and their psychological meaning in the mind of a trader or a person who look up to the market.

Supports and resistances are indeed psychological levels more than anything else. Just looking at any chart you want, you can determine exact price lines where the price of that given market stopped, reversed its action or bounced.

Why do this happen? Very simple. It is by no means different from our standard way of thinking in regard many other subjects.

*Practical example: You go to a place where you’ve been before. You remember, at that time you ate very good food in that particular restaurant. What do you do? Do you go in search for another one or do you go again in the same place.
*

*Not to talk about the time you go to that place on purpose to eat in that particular restaurant.
*

Now change the names. Where you read PLACE, read RANGE OF PRICES. Where you read RESTAURANT, read PRICE LINE.

That’s how we humans think.

In the final sentence on his last blog post, by the name SIMPLICITY my friend blogger Allen, put out a question: “What is your equation to live a good life?”.

That, instantly reminded me about one thing i was reading maaaaaaany years ago. I can't even remember who was the author or where i have the pdf about that. Actually i am pretty sure that I downloaded it at that time, but i searched for it and it's probably lost among the ton of useless documents i HODL in my archive.

I have a reminiscence of what is was all about because i personally used that equation several times to check if my level of happiness or well being status was set on: OK!!😁☀️

It is very simple, indeed...but sorry Allen...a few math is involved here....

The equation to calculate your well being goes like this:

TIME (__) x MONEY (__) / HEALTH (__) = WELL BEING (__)

How does this work:

It works like this. You have to give points from 1 to 9 to each variable in the equation, where 1 is the very LOW and 9 is the very HIGH..ok?! Think well about it and put the number after you evaluated IN DEPTH how bad you could be and how GOOD you could be...ponder on it.

Especially for what concern the variable HEALTH, consider ALL the package: SPIRIT, MIND, BODY. You could actually make a similar equation just to get the HEALTH's digit, but we don't want to go to over complicate things so....just consider for good before writing the number.

In case the WELL BEING results to be a double digit, you just have to delete the decimal. For instance it comes out to be 14,5....then it's 4,5.

Japan’s culture always fascinated me.

One of the Arts coming from Japan I like the most is Manga. Another one is Kyudo. Here in the West is known as Zen archery…even though I never had the chance to throw a single arrow.

What fascinates me about Zen archery, are the principles behind the gesture of shooting the arrow towards the target. A friend of mine is very much into it and he was explaining to me, that in order to execute a perfect shot and hit your target, you should reach a good level of peace and clarity of mind.

I like this idea a lot and I find these principles to be very applicable even in trading, which is another of my greatest passions.

Lately, thanks to Deyner of the Creators Builders Club, I embarked upon a new trading platform which is less about trading and more about predicting target of prices for the moment and it is developing fast adding new interesting features week by week.

Its name is PYNK.

It uses the Wisdom of Crowd (WoC) and its proprietary A.I. called “Rose” combined with their experts forecasts, to determine short and long term predictions to be ahead of the market and deliver most profitable trades.

It actually embraces the essence of what Zen archery, especially for what concerns the Wisdom of Crowd.
