Ok people! If you are following my blog from some time, by now, you should know that one of the favorites topics I like to discuss is SELF EMPOWERMENT, or Self Mastery or self discovery or Self help…. how do you want to call it, to me these words means the” Art of free my very self from the cage of my pre-conditioned mind.”

What does this mean?

Since our birth we gather infos from our environment and all the people in it. We absorb any sort of things in the process of living. All these, contribute to shape our comfort zone and with it, the possibilities we give to our self. If in the past I had a bad experience with a dog is not likely you’ll ever see me at a dog exhibition for instance, right?

WRONG!

I always tried to be free as much as possible from my past experiences by trying get the juice from each of them. Keeping the useful part and forgetting the non-dangerous side of them that in time could reveal themselves as psychological blocks.

So, because I did it on me myself, I have something to share with you. It has to be clear that this WILL NOT BE any sort of new age stuff based theories. This WILL NOT BE more theory than practice. This WILL BE how to practically put you in condition of being SELF AWARE about when your mind is tricking you and in time to be able to experience the things you like with brand new eyes.

This is a routine I designed for myself, I'm still using it every time I have the need to examine my self in depth and you won’t hear it from any other I guess….at least I searched on the internet and it seems that this routine I use is not disclosed by anyone. In the end, if you’ll be able to make an habit out these routine that I’ll explain in detail, you will be WITHOUT A DOUBT much more self confident and defined as you’d like to be.

I'll just give out general guidelines about how to approach your mind, recognize the exact moment when it is playing you and finally educate it so to put it in balance any time you like or you need to.

You’ll just need to be CONSISTENT in its training and dedicate to it some time every day, like you would do to shape your body.
