Hello to you all guys! Do you already feel lighter after the PHASE ONE? I hope so.
Have you already put in ORDER your “weights” as suggested in PHASE ONE? I really hope so!!
If you don't, or you don't know what i am talking about, please go back here to clarify what you will read in this article.

In any fitness activity, the very first times you go to your gym, you should aim to loose some weight. This to allow you to move more freely...to gain agility!
Agility....more freedom for your mind in this case! The purpose of the first paper was actually that...but not just that!
If you had put on your first paper all the weights you were keeping inside and you did a good esteem of each of them, so to put them in order from the lightest to the heaviest, than you are ready to begin the:
The ORDER is important because it’s not that you go to the gym your second day and you charge 100 Kilos in the chest press machine. That would be devastating, don’t you think?
The first thing you notice as you enter in the gym, is that the weights are placed in good order, for you to be able to find them easily and PROBABLY, to let you begin from the lightest, if you have unfamiliarity with weights.
So...What you do is: you take the lightest and you try to learn the correct movements until you are ready to charge a little more.
For first you build up CONFIDENCE and than strength while too much confidence is risky. Meaning, if you think to be able to charge more than you could...well...“Someone please, call an ambulance!!”.
At the same way, for the second step of this routine, you should begin with the lightest things on your FIRST list.
This time we will put our focus on:

To do this 2nd step, you should AT LEAST feel comfortable in putting aside some of your resentment, sadness or whatever low level feeling, that comes to you from the experiences you wrote down for some time. In some way, you have to lift those off from you.
To do this a good way is always : SUSPEND JUDGEMENT.
Understand that if the weight is too heavy inside you it shouldn’t be the case to begin from there.
In the same order of your first list, beginning from that you've decided to be the lightest event, write down the POSITIVE things that you learned from that experience and how you plan to act, if you will find yourself in a similar condition again in the future.
BEWARE: With POSITIVE i mean you have to find a GOOD WAY....a PRO-ACTIVE solution based upon GOOD COMMON SENSE.
Just this.
In many cases, in the end, you could feel thankful to the people or the circumstances you were blaming before, for the opportunity of growth they offered to you. If this is the case you are building up this skill properly!

With this, you are also building up the GOOD habit to instantly put unpleasant events as a way to evolve yourself to higher points of understanding and you are also building your PLAN OF ACTION for the future. This is the MAIN ACHIEVEMENT from this task.
ATTENTION: As plan of action, I am not referring about what to do physically. I mean, that you should figure out how to SET YOUR EMOTIONS for first...
There’s no actual purpose into a thing gone wrong, if not that of learning something useful for your future.
This is why we keep them active in the background as weights.
They aren't meant to be so and shouldn't be perceived as weights at all in the end.
Empower the POSITIVE side of every event, situation or condition will be your ULTIMATE SKILL to survive in many occasions.
It really will give you the self confidence to try anything you'd like to try, without any fear to loose...which is the factor that in many cases makes us desist from undertaking an “adventure” even before leaving.
This skill is a thing that can be trained and that you can learn just by REPEATING this step by step mind-workout. It is a little bit harder to achieve if you have the “victim mindset” as they call it.
This is a tendency that really blinds you but it's even an obstacle for you to grow stronger. In some way, it is an extra weight that you carry with you, that in the end when defeated, will help you to grow stronger.
